Shipping and Handling
We provide shipping on all retail orders within the U.S. and Canada via USPS. We will ship orders the same day it is ordered, as long as it is placed before NOON p.m. PST. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
At this time, we are unable to provide international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Generally, defective products may be returned for exchange of the same or equivalent products. Specific product return policies may be detailed in the product listing on our web site. If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. For items purchased through Advance Reservations, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.
To initiate a return, you must contact Gr8 Ape Vape Customer Care to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Gr8 Ape Vape Customer Care can be contacted by phone at (877) 687-9589 or send an email to email@example.com. When returning defective items, please include a copy of the invoice, highlighting the items being returned. An authorization for a return is effective for 10 business days. Returns typically take between three to five business days to process.
We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). We pride ourselves on having the most customer-friendly return policy possible and doing whatever it takes to make a situation right by our customers.
Missing an Item?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us at (877) 687-9589 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within three business days to inform us of the missing item. We will make sure to send you the correct item once we are notified of the mistake and have reviewed the shipment.
Received the incorrect item/order?
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at (877) 687-9589. Please provide a photo of the incorrect item you received and e-mail it to email@example.com. Once we review the information and order, we will contact you and send you the correct item. If necessary, we will provide a return label with the new package or we will e-mail you a return label.
If you received another customer’s order by mistake, please contact us at (877) 687-9589 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact the customer and provide a return label so we can send the order to the correct customer.
We send all orders the same day it is placed, before NOON p.m. PST, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order has not been received within 7 business days, please contact the shipping courier and open a case or ticket. If the shipping courier has informed you they have lost your package, please contact us at (877) 687-9589 or send an email to email@example.com.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive an item that has been damaged upon arrival (ex: broken bottle), please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, so a Customer Service Representative may review the case and contact you with a resolution. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution.
If you would like to make a change to an order you have placed with Gr8 Ape Vape please contact us at (877) 687-9589 or send an email to email@example.com immediately for assistance. Depending on the timing of the order we may not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.
